Data processed, Origin of Data and Obligation to provide Data 
Your name, surname and employee-ID at NEW YORKER.
 
You are not obliged to provide data for the purposes named. However, you may not participate in the competition in case you should not or not fully provide the data required. In no case, such will have any effect on your work-relationship with NEW YORKER. Further information may be accessed through the Terms of Competition.
 
Purposes and Legal Basis of Data Processing
GDPR and BDSG as well as any further legal provisions are fully complied with when your personal data is processed.
 
Processing your personal data is based on your consent Art. 88 I GDPR, § 26 II BDSG.
 
The purpose of processing is the employee´s participation in the competition as well as providing prices to the final winners by NEW YORKER.
 
Duration of Processing
As soon as your data will no longer be required for the purposes named or in case you should withdraw your consent, we will delete your data respectively no longer process it for these purposes, if not we are obliged or entitled to any further processing.

Categories of Data Recipients
Your data will be processed by these categories of companies/ departments within the NEW YORKER group:
-       Marketing
-       IT-Services
-       Administration
-       Accounting
 
Intention to transfer Data to Third Countries
Your data may be transferred to third countries outside the EU or the European Economic Area if the required level of data protection is safeguarded/ established.
 
Rights of Data Subjects
Your rights as a data subject are defined by Art. 15 - 22 GDPR and contain the rights to:
 
-       Data access (Art. 15 GDPR)
-       Correction (Art. 16 GDPR)
-       Deletion (Art. 17 GDPR)
-       Restriction of Processing (Art. 18 GDPR)
-       Data Portability (Art. 20 GDPR)
-       Contradiction against data processing (Art. 21 GDPR)
-       Not to be made subject to a fully automated processing leading to binding decision with legal effect on you (Art. 22 GDPR; such decision-making does not take place).

Right to lodge a Complaint
Besides exercising the rights mentioned, you are entitled to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority in the EU-member-state of your residence, of your stay or in the member state you suspect an infringement of data protection law to have occurred.
