Recipe tip: Hearty breakfast croissant

Of course, every ingredient can be replaced or supplemented as desired. Here is just one possible suggestion that might inspire you to create something completely different.
(Use as much as you like, that's why there are no exact quantities)
- dried tomatoes
- Cream cheese
Here is how you do it:
- Preheat the oven to 200°C. Chop up olives, tomatoes and capers. Cut the camembert into slices.
- Cut the croissants in half and cover with cream cheese, camembert and the remaining ingredients.
- Bake the croissants in the oven, sprinkle with arugula and cover the other half with cream cheese to your liking.
