The worst earthquake in more than 200 years in the Caribbean state of Haiti has moved the whole world in recent weeks. The quake lay waste to the capital city Port-au-Prince and caused severe damage in rural areas too. After this devastating earthquake disaster, millions of people are homeless and forced to live between ruins and mudslides. More than a hundred thousand people lost their lives in the earthquake. It is a matter close to New Yorker’s heart to help the people in Haiti. Please give us your support with this special campaign! |
