Exchange

At New Yorker you can exchange an item within 14 days after buying it, if you still carry the receipt. Since the allover condition of the item you are returning plays a major role in exchanging it, the final decision lies with the store manager of the New Yorker you are at.

Complaint

In case you bought an item, which is defective, you can take it back to the shop together with the receipt. The same goes for any item, where our sales staff overlooked to remove an anti-theft device. Return the item to a New Yorker store along with the receipt.
